GM Medical, Butterfly Network Partner to Distribute Butterfly iQ+ Vet in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland

Agreement cements second European partnership for Butterfly Network

GUILFORD, Conn., NEW YORK, NY, and BIRKERØD, Denmark – GM Medical, a specialist in distributing medical equipment, will now offer the Butterfly iQ+ Vet to veterinarians in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. GM Medical is the second European partner of Butterfly Network, Inc. (NYSE: BFLY), a digital health company transforming care with handheld, whole-body, multi-species ultrasound.

Since 2020, GM Medical has provided its customers the Butterfly iQ+ for humans, which is the world’s only ultrasound transducer that can perform whole-body imaging in a single, handheld probe. It has received CE Mark and is classified as a Class IIa portable ultrasound system. The strong reception of the human probe led GM Medical to explore the Butterfly iQ+ Vet.
